Return Policy

Is it possible to return my order? Yes, this is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. *

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

1: The order still contains all the correct parts and components, and the packaging is exactly as it arrived.

2: There is clear evidence of normal handling of the product; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.

3: Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

4: The product appears to be defective immediately upon receipt.

5: We reserve the right to charge the costs. 5: We reserve the right to charge the customer for the shipping costs.

6: A return shipment will be processed within 7 working days and, if the conditions are met, the return shipment will be officially confirmed within this period.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to start the return process.

Customer address

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address. You can also find the return address at the bottom of this page.

Never send the return shipment to the sender. We will send you the correct address after you have requested it. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to his or her commercial or professional activity.

CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier named by you received or accepted the last goods.

As we operate a fully automated system, orders are usually processed within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so refunds are not possible after this 24-hour period. If you notify us by email within 24 hours that you wish to cancel the order, we will cancel the order and refund the amount.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Fitexio) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). The withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

Items that cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers/magazines).

Hygiene or sanitary items.

All personalised products.

Gift vouchers, downloadable software and certain health products.

Registration for shipments in transit

As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can notify us of your cancellation in advance.

To ensure the fastest possible return, please send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods.

No later than fourteen days after the day on which we have received notification of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.

Responsibility for return costs

The customer is always responsible for all costs associated with returns.
